MailStore Server

MailStore Server is an on‑premises email archiving solution for businesses. It captures email from Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP/POP3 servers and PST/EML files, supporting journaling and bulk imports for complete retention. It provides full-text search, Outlook and web access, retention policies, legal hold, auditor access, deduplication, SHA-based integrity checks and AES256 encryption for stored data. Administrators deploy MailStore on Windows servers and manage archiving jobs, indexing and exports through the web interface or administration tools.
