  • Contract and order details (quote numbers, order/invoice data, license IDs)
  • Payment and accounting data (payment status, references – no full card details)
  • Support and communications (tickets, email threads, logs you provide)
  • Website/IT data (IP, user agent, limited analytics/cookies per cookie policy)

3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)

  • Contractual necessity: quotations, delivery (including digital licenses), support
  • Legal obligation: tax retention and bookkeeping
  • Legitimate interests: customer relationship management, system security, limited B2B direct marketing
  • Consent: newsletters and opt-in communications where required

4. Retention

We retain data no longer than necessary. Statutory obligations (e.g., tax retention) may require longer retention.

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share where necessary for performance, e.g. with licensors/manufacturers (license issuance), logistics and IT providers, payment and accounting providers, and (where required) authorities. We sign data processing agreements with processors.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing.
