CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is a cloud service to create and centrally manage email signatures, legal disclaimers, automatic replies and marketing banners for Microsoft 365 organizations. It supports adding signatures to messages sent from any device or email client and can pull user data from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Admins design templates with a WYSIWYG editor, apply signature rules, and choose cloud, Outlook (client-side), or combo delivery modes. Licenses are counted per user with a minimum order requirement.
