FlexCel is a developer library for creating, reading, and modifying native Excel files without requiring Microsoft Excel. Available as editions for .NET, VCL/FMX and a standalone DLL, it supports Excel formats from Excel 2 through Excel 2023 and handles XLS, XLSX and XLSM files.
