How do I request a quote?
You can click 'Request a quote' on the product page. Fill in your company details and any specific requests. You will usually receive the quote by email within one working day.
How long is a quote valid?
Our quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
How do I place an order based on a quote?
Send us a confirmation by email. We will then process the order immediately.
Can I buy on account as a new customer?
This is possible for approved customers. Please contact us if you wish to buy on account.
Licenses & activation
How do I receive my license or activation code?
You will receive the license or access to a cloud environment via email after your order is processed. Delivery time varies per product. We will keep you updated on the progress.
How do I renew a license?
You can only request a renewal via a quote on the product page.
What if I lose my license?
Please contact our support department. We will resend the license to the email address we have on file.
Can I transfer licenses to another user?
Yes, provided this is allowed by the software vendor. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
Delivery & installation
How quickly will I receive the software after ordering?
You will usually receive digital products within a few hours. For manual processing (e.g. custom licenses), we depend on the response time of the software creators.
Will I receive a download link or physical delivery?
By default, you will receive a download link or access to a cloud environment.
How do I install or use the software?
You will find a guide with installation or startup steps in the confirmation email.
