About this software

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Resilient Storage Add-On provides the GFS2 clustered shared-disk filesystem and related tools to enable concurrent file access across RHEL clusters. It requires a shared block device (SAN or supported cloud block storage) and the RHEL High Availability Add-On for cluster management. The add-on includes GFS2, a clustered volume manager, CTDB for active/active Samba, and Performance Co-Pilot monitoring. Note: it will be discontinued with RHEL 10 per Red Hat documentation.
